Dr. Henry,

Just a follow up, as Newfoundland and Labrador have now also announced they will be dropping masking and vaccination passports on March 14, 2022, and it appears that Nunavut never had a vaccine mandate, either. Do you ever feel like maybe – just maybe – everyone knows something you don’t? Or, more aptly, do you ever wonder why everyone else is abandoning the Titanic whilst you smile and confidently announce that it’s completely dry onboard?

It would appear that BC is now part of an elite club of four “science deniers” – the other three being PEI, Yukon and Nova Scotia. Just a reminder that you’re not playing a game of musical chairs, and there is no prize for being the last health official to admit you made a monumental mistake and ruined many, many lives. Or, maybe there is a prize? The ensuing financial audit will tell. As a lawyer, I must admit I’m confused by your strategy: you know, without a shadow of a doubt, that your measures have been unscientific, unethical and horrifically cruel. Thousands have committed suicide, overdosed on opioids and missed critical care diagnoses because of your inability to manage a “pandemic” with the same fatality rate as the flu, and some have died as a direct result of the “safe and effective” vaccines you have coerced so many to receive. Countless mask studies, vaccine mandate studies and lockdown studies, the most recent of which was published by Johns Hopkins, have shown the inefficacy of all governmental COVID-19 restrictions while highlighting their extreme dangers. You are also aware that most COVID-19 deaths are currently occurring in the vaccinated, which is why your government keeps changing its reporting rules. Every day that you knowingly continue this charade is another day in which damages are accruing to you, personally.

As a constituent of Mr. Letnick, I’ve cc’d all MLA’s: enough is enough. You appear to have waged war on your constituents, both financially and psychologically. Whether you can ever regain our trust remains to be seen; but the deeper you keep digging this hole in the face of all evidence to the contrary, the easier it will be to justify your removal from office. As they say, the first thing to do when you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging: I am requesting that you remove all mandates immediately, and then take steps to ensure this assault on democracy never happens again by invoking legislation inhibiting the ability of any governmental official or public health officer to violate the unalienable rights and freedoms of the citizens of British Columbia for any reason.

I’ve also cc’d the International Criminal Court and Reiner Fuellmich, and I respectfully request that they add you, along with Premier Horgan and Mr. Dix, to the complaint that was filed in December 2021 against Stephane Bancel, Albert Bourla, Dr. Anthony Fauci et al alleging crimes against humanity.
