Mr. Duclos,
I see you have been advising Canadian parents to have their children vaccinated in order to avoid “serious illness, hospitalization and death” (https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/duclos-covid-flu-vaccine-kids-1.6661869). I looked up your Wikipedia profile online, but as I suspected, you have not recently become a medical doctor such that you are in the position to offer any Canadian medical advice, or to direct them to accept a medical treatment. Would you care to recant your statement, or clarify to the masses that you have no medical training that would qualify you to make these sorts of assertions, especially in light of the fact that you don’t know anything about each citizen’s personal medical history nor whether a risk benefit analysis would show that vaccination is prudent?
The “funniest” thing about Mr. Tasker’s article citing your vaccine recommendations is that, after quoting your advice that parents must vaccinate their children in order to prevent the “tripledemic” of COVID-19, RSV and the flu, Mr. Tasker then admits that COVID-19 admissions are low and there is no vaccine available for RSV, which appears to make up the majority of hospitalizations at present. The article further admits that children are at low risk of serious effects from COVID-19, but states they should be vaccinated in order to prevent transmission to others. Apparently the Liberal Government and the CBC were both home sick (with the ‘rona?) the day the CDC announced that COVID-19 vaccines are completely ineffective at preventing transmission, and that the vaccinated and unvaccinated should be treated exactly the same within society? (You were also obviously playing hooky the day Albert Bourla admitted that Pfizer’s “vaccine” was never designed nor tested for prevention of transmission.)
I also see that the CBC has trotted out the usual (and completely unsubstantiated) claims that we protected our young so well over the past two years that their pristine immune systems are now overreacting to exposure to disease. That is definitely one interpretation of the data showing a recent increase in hospitalizations in children, although it is curious that, as reported by Mr. Tasker, the number of children in hospital appears to be directly proportionate to that age group’s vaccination rate. Just to play devil’s advocate, would you care to publish the data showing the percentage of hospitalized children who have received either a COVID-19 or flu vaccine? I and other unvaccinated extremist/racist/right wing/fringe members have been feeling very neglected now that no one is blaming us for causing a pandemic of the unvaccinated; surely you should be pointing to Ontario’s data as prima facie evidence that the white racist antisocial lepers are jeopardizing the health of society’s rule-abiding virtue signallers yet again?
As per usual, no matter where the facts are pointing, the response from the Federal Government is the same: get vaccinated, get vaccinated again, and then get vaccinated again, fivefold. I presume this is to ensure that the 9 jabs your boss bought for each Canadian will be utilized? (Bad news – even the sleepy Canadians have woken up and are declining this dangerous, and useless, medical treatment, especially the parents of young and healthy children. As you are aware, the Government has thrown away at least $400,000,000 worth of expired COVID-19 vaccines in the past two years – a drop in the bucket compared to most Liberal fund wastage!)
And also as per usual, I am disgusted at the Government’s blatant agenda to make the Canadian public even more unhealthy than it already is. For the past 2 years, your government has attacked the mental and physical health of Canadians by closing gyms and houses of worship, pitting family members against each other, and vastly overexaggerating the threat of the COVID-19 virus to healthy people under 70. If you really cared about the health of our young children, you would have asked Dr. Etches to speak to vitamins C and D, zinc, quercetin, exercise, healthy diet and mental health at your press conference. (To quote Taylor Swift – “Hahahahaha, I can’t even say it with a straight face”.) Also to paraphrase Ms. Swift; your government really is the reason why we can’t have nice things.
I have cc’d the College of Surgeons and Physicians of Ontario, the board responsible for disciplining members of society who unlawfully practise medicine. Please accept this as my request that you censure Mr. Duclos for his illegal and dangerous speech.
Mr. Duclos, if any child dies from a heart attack or blood clot due to your vaccine endorsement, that blood will be on your hands.
