"Make an educated choice"

In response to Ms. Busch’ email to Castanet of today, I note the following:

Regarding Ms. Busch’ assertion that 94.7% of all COVID-19 cases in Canada between Dec. 14, 2020 and October 23, 2021 occurred in those not fully vaccinated, for over half of this period the vast majority of Canadians were not “fully” vaccinated such that this statistic is largely meaningless:

Perhaps Ms. Busch would like to use a more recent statistic, like one taken from BC CDC, circa August 2, 2022 (and showing that the “fully” vaccinated comprised 76% of deaths between May 15 and July 9, 2022):

(Note that the Government of BC discontinued publishing this data shortly thereafter; presumably because the data didn’t support Dr. Henry’s ongoing narrative of the “pandemic of the unvaccinated”. Note also that, as reported by Castanet on multiple occasions, the Government overreports COVID-19 cases with no transparency of its data. In January, 2022, I submitted a FOIP request to the BC Ministry of Health requesting definitions of “fully” and “partially” vaccinated, as well as its calculation for age adjusting cases; to date, this request has not been substantively answered.)

Ms. Busch also asserts that a Qatari study from March 18, 2022 showed that protection against severe disease remained high for at least seven months, with the boosted being even moreso protected. Just a recap of recent events:

Ms. Busch references Colin Powell’s death from COVID-19, I’m assuming to make the point that immunocompromised people are more likely to die from COVID-19. As I’m sure she is aware, Pfizer deliberately excluded immunocompromised individuals from its vaccine clinical trials; a little odd, considering that the infirm and old are the only people statistically likely to die from COVID-19.

It’s heartwarming that Ms. Busch trusts the government and pharmaceutical manufacturers with her health, given the long history of fraud, duplicity and corruption exhibited by both entities. However, in light of previous governmental authorizations of Thalidomide, Bextra (another “safe and effective” Pfizer product), Vioxx, Fen-Phen and other drugs, the fact that the terms of the vaccine contracts have never been disclosed but allegedly provide for blanket indemnification of the manufacturers, and of course not to mention Pfizer’s largest ever criminal fine of $2.3B USD for health care fraud, I live by a different motto: “You can either understand history or trust the government. You can’t do both.”

I do, however, agree with Ms. Busch that the decision to vaccinate is a personal one. Given the fact that these vaccines were never approved to prevent the transmission of the virus, vaccination is a purely personal decision and everyone should be happy with the risk/benefit analysis they have performed for themselves.
