Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my grave concerns over the conduct of Dr. Christopher Sun, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario’s (“CPSO’s”) response to his actions. As reported by several news outlets this weekend, Dr. Sun admitted that he administered the COVID-19 vaccine to at least 500 children under the age of five, despite the fact that the experimental medical treatment is not authorized for this age group. I understand CPSO interviewed Dr. Sun, but elected not to take any punitive action regarding his unlawful conduct. Please accept this email as my request to both the CPSO and the Ontario RCMP to re-open an inquiry into Dr. Sun’s behaviour, and to confiscate his medical license as well as criminally charge him for his gross negligence and/or willful misconduct.

In Ontario, a person is guilty of assault when he or she intentionally commits an act involving an application of force to another person, without that person’s consent. Dr. Sun has admitted that he both knew that vaccinating these children was prohibited, and that he was exposing himself to liability by undertaking this course of action. Dr. Sun argues that it is “wrong to turn away people who know what they are getting into”; I’m not sure how he can argue this when he was injecting an unapproved, experimental medication into children who lack the capacity to consent to such a treatment. No one knows the long-term effects of this treatment on young kids, let alone Dr. Sun. Clearly he did not provide any risk/benefit analysis for this “treatment” to their parents either, as no sane parent would consent to a treatment that has failed FDA approval multiple times, and that has killed many children throughout the world, in order to prevent a disease that poses no threat to a healthy child.

Here is a link to one example of the dangers of the vaccine to children: https://expose-news.com/2022/05/10/7-year-old-boy-dies-from-pfizer-injection/. Of course, there are many more examples of the vaccine killing children, including Sean Hartmann, an Alliston, Ontario teenager who died shortly after being mandated to accept the vaccine: https://www.worldtribune.com/healthy-california-16-year-old-17-year-old-canadian-hockey-player-die-after-getting-covid-jab/.

In Ontario, a doctor is liable for medical malpractice when he falls below the standard of care expected of a reasonable doctor, and damages ensue. I hope we can all agree that administering an experimental mRNA treatment to babies, when it is prohibited by law, is a clear-cut case of such malpractice. I would encourage you to identify the children vaccinated by Dr. Sun, and to determine whether any of them have suffered a vaccine injury for which Dr. Sun is financially liable.

Regardless of the safety and efficacy of the vaccine, Dr. Sun took the law into his own hands with no regard for the rules of his profession. He obviously feels that he is above the law, even continuing to jab infants after CPSO ordered him to stop. As a lawyer who is similarly bound to the rules of a regulatory board, I can advise you that any professional who believes he is above the law must be banned immediately from his profession.

Thank you for your time.
